Payment information — payment card details are collected and processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. KyroRide does not store your full card details on our servers.
Location data — during an active ride, we track vehicle location in real time to provide you with live ride progress updates, estimated arrival times, and driver tracking.
Communications — messages and correspondence between you and our support team or your driver.
Device and usage data — browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction data to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

Processing and managing your ride bookings and airport transfers.
Facilitating payment transactions through Stripe.
Providing real-time ride tracking and estimated arrival updates.
Communicating booking confirmations, driver details, and service updates.
Improving our platform, services, and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only when necessary to provide our service:

Drivers — your name, pickup location, and contact number are shared with your assigned driver to complete the booking.
Stripe — payment information is processed by Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
Kyro Network — as part of the OneKyro network, your account information may be shared across Kyro services to provide a unified experience and Kyro Points integration.
Legal authorities — we may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

KyroRide uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse how our platform is used.
